Sometimes uploading your pension files on time can be a burden.  We will upload your pension files to any of the providers listed below. The fees for this service start from just £10.00 per payrun, depending on the pension type and provider you use.

Additional payroll services

​Employee and Third Party Payments - Priced upon request via Modulr.  We can make all payments to employees and third parties, such as HMRC, pension providers and courts. This service is most beneficial for larger employers to give you total peace of mind that you do not have to remember any key payroll dates that could be forgotten.

*Client Portal  -  This service allows employers access to all of their payroll information and to run off reports through a shared service. The benefits to you is that you still maintain a level of control and interaction with the payroll, which is a concern that a lot of companies have when outsourcing  for the first time.  The portal allows you to send your data securely complying with GDPR, and receive reports from any device, anywhere.  It also allows for secure online cloud backups, protecting against cyber-attacks, Ransomware and gives peace of mind for successful disaster recovery.  As the employer, you can access the portal at any time to view payments due to HMRC, payroll reports and approve/track employees annual leave requests against a live calendar of other leave requests.  The portal can also be personalised with your company logo. 

*Employee App - This handy tool will make you wonder how you ever managed without it!  The benefits for employees is that they can access their payslips, P11Ds, P60s, staff policies, book and keep track of remaining annual leave, and update their own personal data, such as change of address.  Employees can access this either online or through an app on their mobile phone. Just imagine, you will never be asked for another copy payslip or P60 ever again!
