Laura has over 20 years of payroll and pensions experience gained mainly in large global organisations and payroll bureaux. She has her Payroll Management degree and an Applied Business and Management degree. Her qualifications and experience have gained her the Chartered status, the highest level with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) and Member status with the Institute of Accountants & Bookkeepers. Laura does audits on behalf of the CIPP for companies looking to gain their Payroll Assurance Scheme (PAS) Accreditation. Laura enjoys streamlining processes and will always look towards new technologies that will help our clients, this could be from better payments systems to improved ways to capture their data, especially surrounding time and attendance. |

Sue has been in the payroll industry for over 40 years and has seen many changes in systems, processes and legislation during this time. Sue gained most of her payroll experience through in-house payroll manager roles and in payroll bureaux running large complex client payrolls.
Sue specialises in customer relationships and provides a high level of customer service through communication and adapting payroll delivery. When Sue worked with previous payroll bureaux she was always given 'at risk of leaving' clients and turned these around into clients that not only remained but were happy. Sue has a keen eye for detail and enjoys taking on the challenge to solve problems. She will also often be the first person you will speak to when calling us. |
